Membership Details

Membership is not mandatory to shop at our online store. You can shop just by entering your billing and payment details once only.

Becoming a member is quick and easy to do. Our site does not keep our customers' credit card details. Our site only keeps member customers' invoices and information about authorized persons making payments on behalf of our corporate customers. The credit card information you enter when paying with your credit card is entered directly on the bank's page.

We recommend that our customers become a member to avoid re-entering their billing information every time. Our members make their payments in four secure and easy steps. To become a member of our store, at Step 3 of the normal payment process (Enter Billing Information) you can choose to have your information recorded and to create a membership. Please fill in your information carefully and completely so that the invoice for your payments can be arranged quickly and accurately.

Membership alone does not place you under any financial obligation. Before making payment please read carefully and approve the Distance Sales Contract. You have the right to cancel your membership whenever you wish.

Membership Cancellation

Members have the right to cancel their membership whenever they wish. When you cancel your membership, all your ties to our website will be severed. To cancel your membership, visit our contact information page or send your request by e-mail to the projects@referansceviri.com address.

  1. The request shall be fulfilled provided the membership cancellation request is sent from the same e-mail address used in the membership account and
  2. at least 60 (sixty) days have passed since the member's last payment.

Termination of membership by us

We may cancel membership under the following circumstances:

  1. If the member sends offensive messages or writes offensive comments.
  2. If the member engages in illegal activities.
  3. If the member engages in activities meant to harm our site, our system, our company, or its brands.
  4. If the member cannot be reached using the information recorded in his/her profile.

Member Security

We take every precaution in our store to ensure member security. Along with the precautions we take, members are also responsible for the security of their information. Do not share the information you use to log into our store with anyone else, and do not log into the system from a device whose security you cannot verify.

Privacy and Security of your Personal Data
  • The information you enter via our site's contact forms or when becoming a member will not be shared with third parties except for requests made by the official authorities.
  • Our site may time to time send members some information about sales, new products, or promotional offers.
